Personal training is training on your terms, but a little outside your comfort zone.  The idea is that you will achieve results with your training and get the support you need to achieve your goals. The goal can be anything from losing weight, building muscle mass or improving posture, to being able to take the stairs at work, increasing your energy level in everyday life or simply feeling good.

There are many benefits from exercise.  It gives you endorphin rushes and thus increases your well-being, both physically and mentally. It stimulates your brain – improves memory, learning ability and concentration. It prevents a large number of diseases through its positive affect on, for example, the heart, blood pressure, blood sugar, physical fitness and energy consumption. It also helps you cope with stress situations in a better way.

We recommend that you begin with our starter package and then build on your progress with our other packages.

The starter package includes a total of 5 sessions.

  • During the first session we sit down and discuss your training background and your goals. We take a look at your life situation and training possibilities, if you have any illness or injury that may affect your training. The training schedule and exercise plan are also drawn up during the first session.
  • During the second session, we do a muscle and fitness test to be able to chart your progress.
  • The third, fourth and fifth sessions focus on training where we go through your exercise programme, among other elements.

If it is in your interest and we believe it is important for your training, a food journal is kept. We review the analysis during the third session.

Bring along comfortable workout clothes, footwear and a water bottle to all sessions. Based on your circumstances and wishes, we will then recommend a package that suits you best.
