WHY PERSONAL TRAINING?
Personal training is training on your terms, but a little outside your comfort zone. The idea is that you will achieve results with your training and get the support you need to achieve your goals. The goal can be anything from losing weight, building muscle mass or improving posture, to being able to take the stairs at work, increasing your energy level in everyday life or simply feeling good.
There are many benefits from exercise. It gives you endorphin rushes and thus increases your well-being, both physically and mentally. It stimulates your brain – improves memory, learning ability and concentration. It prevents a large number of diseases through its positive affect on, for example, the heart, blood pressure, blood sugar, physical fitness and energy consumption. It also helps you cope with stress situations in a better way.
