RECONSTRUCTION OF THE UPPER EYELID
Reconstruction of the upper eyelid is one of the most common procedures within plastic surgery. Eyelid surgery involves restoring the size of the visual field by loosening the heavy eyelid that is weighed down. In addition to a wider visual field, you look younger and more alert.
During the operation, baggy skin is removed, along with fat, when necessary. In some cases, the surgery can also be performed using a laser.
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE LOWER EYELID
Reconstruction of the lower eyelid is performed to correct a tired appearance and the sagging area under the eye by removed baggy skin and muscle tissue. When necessary, the fat in the bags under the eyes are smoothed out.
In some cases, it is sufficient to treat the area with the laser and avoid surgery.
