Various usuage areas for carbon dioxide lasers

CO2 (carbon dioxide) lasers are used to tackle skin changes and to remove moles, warts and small cysts. 

Carbon dioxide lasers are also appropriate for the treatment of some skin diseases:

  • cholesterol spots or xanthelasma
  • rhinophyma, i.e. thickening of the skin of the nose due to rosacea
  • partial removal of ingrowing nails
