I am a Specialist in Orthopaedics and Traumatology with a special focus on hip and knee joint replacement surgery.

I perform hip and knee joint replacement procedures, and in my outpatient practice I also treat a wide range of general orthopaedic conditions.

I graduated from the University of Helsinki with a Licentiate of Medicine in 2005 and became a specialist in 2015. I have worked mainly within HUS (Helsinki University Hospital) and, since 2017, at the private hospital Orton. Following the closure of Orton, we transferred our practice to Eira Hospital. I have been in private practice since 2007.

I treat my patients individually, listening carefully and considering each situation as a whole in order to find the best possible treatment for you. I value a long-term doctor–patient relationship as an important part of care and strive to be readily accessible to my patients.
